Your Amazon data
Financial, order, inventory and advertising data comes through the Amazon accounts you authorize — you approve access on Amazon’s screen and can revoke it there at any time. Your money numbers are built from what Amazon recorded, not from screen-scraping or sampling.
Inventory & fulfillment data. Vendira uses Amazon SP-API inventory and fulfillment data to show FBA and AWD stock levels, inbound inventory, and replenishment needs inside your connected account.
Amazon review requests. Vendira uses Amazon’s authorized review-solicitation functionality to let you request reviews from eligible Amazon orders through Amazon’s official Request a Review workflow. Vendira never contacts buyers directly and holds no buyer contact information.
External data providers. Vendira may use third-party data providers for public market signals such as search results, rankings and product information. These sources supplement Amazon data and are never used to build your financial books.
Profit
Profit combines your sales with Amazon fees, advertising spend, refunds and product costs — for the business and for each product. Fees are attached to the products and orders that caused them, so per-product profit carries its real costs rather than an averaged percentage.
Recent data
Some Amazon charges arrive after a sale. When a figure is still settling, Vendira labels it, and replaces each estimate with Amazon’s settled amount when it arrives.
Product costs
Product costs — purchase price, freight and customs — feed profitability when available. If a required cost is missing, Vendira says so rather than pretending the cost is zero.
Advertising & organic
Amazon Ads data follows Amazon’s own attribution. Spend that Amazon cannot tie to a product still lands on the P&L, on its own visible line.
Vendira derives organic sales from your total Amazon sales minus sales Amazon attributes to advertising. If total sales aren’t available yet, we show organic sales as unavailable rather than guessing.
Search visibility
See where a product ranks for a specific search term in each marketplace. Lower is better. If rank data isn’t available, Vendira says so instead of treating it as a poor ranking.
Search Query Performance is Amazon’s weekly search-query data, including search volume, impressions, clicks, cart adds and purchases. Vendira shows it when Amazon makes it available for your account.
When data is missing
If Vendira hasn’t received the data needed for a figure, we show it as unavailable — not zero. Connect your Amazon account or wait for the source to finish syncing. A real zero is shown as zero.
Currency & tax
Every amount is kept in its marketplace’s own currency and converted consistently for account views. Vendira prepares tax figures; you or your advisor review and submit — Vendira never files.
